¶ X-Max 4 Belt Adjust
This is the method of adjusting the belt, the printer uses adaptive adjustment of the belt tensioner. Enter the functions menu and XYZ, then press the “Unlock steppers” in the upper right corner to make sure the belts are released. There are fixing screws on the back of each seat belt tensioner, see Picture 1 below.
1.Please loosen all fixing screws (4 pcs per belt roll, release at least 3 full rotations but not too long so that they fall out)
And adjust the belt tension automatically by moving the print head according to arrows and sequence in Picture 2 below. Make sure to move the printhead the full distance to all of its endpoints. Once printhead is positioned at the end of 4:th movement, tighten all the released screws firmly and make sure to make a full machine calibration
