¶ How to solve the clog issue
¶ Extruder clean
1.Use the cutter to cut off the filament.
2.Unscrew the two screws on the hot end.
3.Remove the hot end wire from the groove then remove the hot end.
4.Unscrew the two screws that hold the extruder in place.
5.Remove the extruder.
6.Unscrew the four screws of the extruder.
7.Disassemble the extruder to remove the blocked filament.
8.Recover the extruder.
¶ Hotend clean
How to clean Hotend
1.Cut the filament with the cutter.
2.Remove the hot end cables from the cable routing clip.
3.Remove the two screws.
4.Remove the hot end.
4.Heat the nozzle.(Please wear gloves for safety.)
5.Remove the filament after reaching the set temperature.
5.Put the hot end back in place tighten the two screws, organize the hot end wires and cover the front cover.
