¶ Description
When initiating printing, it was detected that the available space on the USB drive was less than 1 GB, making it impossible to cache the print file.
¶ Solution
Please clean up the U-disk space in a timely manner to ensure that the remaining space on the U-disk is greater than 1GB.
¶ Method 1
Clear any unnecessary files from the USB drive to ensure that its available space is ≥ 1GB.
¶ Method 2
Format the USB drive on the printer or computer.
Note: Formatting will delete all data on the USB drive. Please backup first.
¶ Method 3
Replace the U-disk with a new one.
