Long term printing of high-temperature consumables can lead to a decrease in the performance and heating rate of thermal conductive silicone grease. The following are the steps for applying thermal conductive silicone grease.
¶ Step1
Remove the rubber sleeve.
¶ Step2
Remove the fixing components of the ceramic heating element.
¶ Step3
Apply thermal conductive silicone grease.
¶ Step4
Install ceramic heating element fasteners.
¶ Step5
Install the rubber sleeve.
