Clear printhead blockage
If the extruder clicks and does not load the filament.
Please check for clogging inside the print head.
Extruder：
1.If there is softened filament stuck at the extruder gears，please refer to the link below to clear the blockage inside the gear.

Hotend：
1）We suggest you to preheat the extruder, use a smallest Allen wrench to poke the clogged filament down, there is a video for your reference as below:

1.Preheat the hotend to filament melt temp
2.Use allen key to push out the clogged filament from nozzle
Please hold the radiator to prevent burns from the nozzle!
2）If there is a filament blockage inside the hot end.
Please refer to the video below to clear the blockage inside the hot end.
This cleaning method requires heating the hot end. Please wear gloves while operating to prevent injury from burns.

1.Remove heat sink from hot end
2. Re-connect the Heating cable and thermocouple cable to the adapter board
3.Preheat the hotend to filament melt temp
4.Remove residual filament with sharp-nosed pliers and tweezers
5.After the temperature has cooled down, reassemble the parts
