Many users have experienced problems such as insufficient extrusion, missing layers, or the filament does not coming out during the printing, etc. Before the technical support helping you the issue, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the common issue.
First , Here is the video load the filament out of the nozzle. Please preheat the nozzle to 230C and click load , and see if the filament comes out from nozzle successfully.

Second, if the filament can't load out, please check if the filament get tangled on the back side filament roll, it is common issue that filament get tangled in the back side. If you use the PLA or ABS filament (the filament that came with the printer, it is the PLA) , please don't put in the dry box, just place on the filament holder directly, without dry box the filament will feed more smoothly. The dry box is for keeping the abrasive filament/engineer filament such as PA12-CF, ABS-GF, PET-CF, PAHT-CF, etc.
Here is solution that you can print filament holder and place it on the left side of printer, so you will see the filament more clearly and the filament will feed more smoothly.

Third, during the filament loading, if the extruder makes clicking sound, it might because the filament got stuck in the extruder or hotend,
