- QR Code May Not Have Refreshed on Time: Due to network fluctuations or other reasons, the device’s QR code may not have been properly refreshed on time, causing it to expire.
- Mismatch Between Server and Region Settings: If the server selected on the device does not match the region selected in the app, it may cause the QR code verification to fail, resulting in the "QR code expired" message.
- Manually Refresh the QR Code: Click the "Refresh QR Code" button to see if the QR code changes. After updating, try scanning it again.
- Check Server and Region Settings: Ensure that the server selected on the device matches the region selected in the app. Specifically:
- When you first launch the app, you can choose from the following regions: Asia-Pacific, China, Europe, North America, or other regions. In the following explanation, China will be treated as one category, and the other four regions are collectively referred to as "Other Regions." Your region choice will affect the server services you use.
- Your printer can choose to use either the Alibaba Cloud server (for China region) or the AWS server (for "Other Regions").
- AWS Server: Corresponds to all regions outside of China.
- Alibaba Cloud Server: Only corresponds to China.
- It is generally recommended not to switch servers randomly; choose the server closest to you for better network connectivity.
- If you need to change regions, you can clear your phone's cache or uninstall and reinstall the app.
