After scanning the QR code, the device binding page is not displayed, and instead, it returns directly to the device list page.
Outdated Firmware or App Version: If your firmware or app version is outdated, or if there is an incompatibility between the two, it may cause the device to fail to navigate to the binding page after scanning the QR code.
Network Issues Causing Cloud Server Verification Failure: During the scanning process, the device needs to connect to a cloud server for security verification. If the network signal is unstable or communication is interrupted, the device may fail to connect to the cloud server, leading to connection failure.
Server Overload or Temporary Issues: If the cloud server is under heavy load or there are network congestion issues, it may prevent the timely completion of the verification.
Update Firmware and App Versions: Please ensure that both your firmware and app versions are up to date. After updating, refresh the firmware QR code and try scanning again. If the firmware and app versions are outdated, updating them will typically resolve the issue.
Change Network Environment: If the current network environment is unstable, we recommend switching to a more reliable network (e.g., using a stronger Wi-Fi signal or a wired connection) to ensure the device can successfully connect to the cloud server.
Wait for Server Recovery: If the issue is caused by server overload, please be patient. Try again after a short wait, as this issue is often resolved by retrying after a while.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please contact customer support for assistance. They will help you resolve the issue. Thank you very much.
