¶ QIDI Link user guide
QIDI Link is a mobile application for managing and monitoring QIDI 3D printers remotely. It allows you to connect printers, monitor print status, and control printing from your phone.
¶ Overview
With QIDI Link, you can:
- Monitor printer status remotely
- Start or manage print jobs
- Connect and manage multiple devices
- Access printer controls and camera feeds
¶ Download and install
¶ Option 1 — Download from the official website (recommended)
¶ Option 2 — Download from app stores
The app is available in major app stores, including:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
- GetApps
- AppGallery
- Xiaomi App Store
¶ First-time setup
¶ Step 1 — Accept permissions and select region
- Open QIDI Link.
- Accept the privacy agreement.
- Select your region.
Note: Region selection affects server connection and device pairing.

¶ Step 2 — Create or log in to an account
- Tap My in the bottom navigation bar.
- Register or log in using email or verification code.
Important: An account is required to connect printers.
Account requirements:
- Username: maximum 30 characters
- Password: 6–20 characters
- Check spam or trash folders if verification emails are missing

¶ Third-party login
Third-party login availability depends on region:
- WeChat and QQ login: China region only
- iOS login: available worldwide

¶ Connect a printer
¶ Step 1 — Verify server settings
If QR code verification fails, confirm server matching:
- China region → Aliyun server
- Other regions → AWS server

¶ Step 2 — Display printer QR code
On the printer:
Settings → Network → QIDI Link
The QR code refreshes every 2 minutes.

¶ Step 3 — Scan and bind the device
- Tap the scan icon or + button.
- Scan the printer QR code.
Tip: Some phones allow long-press shortcuts to open the scanner.

You can:
- Switch between detailed and compact views
- Search by device name or ID
- Pull down to refresh

You can modify device parameters and names.
Note: Device names are limited to 30 characters.
Expert mode enables Fluidd control.

Swipe left in the device list or delete the device in settings.

¶ Region and server selection
Region affects cloud service performance.

¶ Internet connection is slow
Cloud connections depend on server routing. Local network connections are typically faster.
¶ Platform support
The app supports iOS and Android. iPad is not currently supported.
